The Valley Cooks are different local chefs who are featured each evening to prepare their signature meal for all who wish to try. The Valley Cooks were inspired by wanting to bring local restaurants, farmers and the community together at one place to celebrate summer and its bounty. It is one of the highlights of the market, drawing in locals to sample fresh innovative menus from the area.
